Job Title: DBT Engineer Duration: 12 Month contract (likely extension) Day Rate: $1250 Location: Sydney – Fully Remote Start: ASAP Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced DBT Engineer who can play a lead role. A senior lead who has experience in building end-to-end solutions, set technical direction, build architectural options and mentor a team of engineers through the delivery of the Enterprise Platform Data program. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage advanced data solutions for the Enterprise Platform Data program. Gather requirements and create technical designs for data initiatives. Lead the development and oversee testing phases to ensure quality delivery. Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve project goals. Key Skills Required: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modelling Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance requirements Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages Familiarity with agile development methodologies Apply now if you meet the requirements
