The Role As our Electrical Engineer at the Ballarat Can Ends Manufacturing site, you’ll be responsible for on-going maintenance of machinery, equipment and services on site to assist in meeting or exceeding site objectives (Production, Quality, Spoilage). Key Responsibilities Conduct and oversee preventative maintenance according to site standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, providing accurate repair time estimates. Respond promptly to breakdowns, taking corrective action as needed. Manage inventory, purchase necessary supplies, and maintain detailed records. Install machinery, tools, and equipment to specification standards. Build business cases and initiate capital requests. Provide technical expertise and insights into repairs and maintenance for electrical and engineering issues. About You Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or an Electrical Trade Certificate Proven leadership or management experience (3-5 years), with the ability to inspire and lead a team. Experience in process or high-speed manufacturing environments. Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues, with subject matter expertise in electrical and automation. Why Orora?
