We are seeking a proactive Used Car Fleet Coordinator to manage used car fleet operations. This part-time role offers flexibility, allowing you to work three full days per week, with the option to spread hours across the week. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry, this opportunity is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: • Handle traffic and toll fines for the vehicle fleet, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. • Assist with managing a fleet of approximately 600 vehicles and 150 active loans, including vehicle allocation, returns, and transportation. • Maintain accurate records of all fleet transactions and fleet status. • Coordinate with dealers and government departments to manage fines, loan bookings, and logistics. Ideally, You Will Have: • VCE or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in a relevant business area preferred. • Experience in fleet management or a similar administrative role is highly regarded. • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and SAP. • Attention to detail and knowledge of the motor vehicle industry is desirable.
