About the Role: Are you a proactive and experienced administrator ready to make an impact? We're looking for a motivated individual to provide administrative support across various aspects of the business. This role offers a great variety of tasks with no day looking the same as the previous Key Responsibilities: Manage and update our internal CRM database, including posting job advertisements and maintaining accurate records Assist in revising and updating QA policies and procedures Support executive team members with tasks such as PowerPoint presentations, tenders, and proposals Contribute to the external audit (conducting internal audits, updating registers etc.) Assist with social media Provide project-based support, where necessary About You: If you are a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Ideally, you will bring: Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
