AGL’s Renewables team have an opportunity for a Program Administrator to join and provide support in program delivery across the Gas & Renewables team. Based in Melbourne or Mt Beauty, you will be responsible for providing support for the delivery of project objectives across a variety of AGL’s Gas and Renewables electricity generation portfolio. What you’ll be doing: Providing close support for Engineering, Operations and Maintenance projects across the Gas and Renewables portfolio. Supporting CAPEX and outage projects, ensuring they are delivered the Project Management Framework. Working closely with the Project Delivery Team and other key stakeholders to support the administration of projects and systems. Develop resource and outage plans relating to program delivery, program reporting and development of financial reporting requirements. Collaborate across project teams and work with external stakeholders, ensuring effective program delivery. Project Management platform (Amplify) administrator. What you’ll bring: Effective project controls skills Understanding and experience with project and program management principles. Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Project/Business Management or Engineering discipline. Certification from the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) is highly desirable but not mandatory. Chartered status (e.g. CPEng, CPA, CPPM etc.) is desirable but not mandatory.
