We are seeking a skilled Woodfire Pizza Chef to join our team This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule during the day, perfect for those who enjoy making pizza without the late-night hours. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of woodfire pizzas using traditional techniques. Create and experiment with unique pizza recipes and toppings. Ensure dough is prepared to perfection, including hand-stretching and shaping. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service. Required Skills: Proven experience in woodfire pizza making. Proficiency in dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching. Knowledge of various pizza styles Ability to manage cooking times and temperatures for optimal results. Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
