The Role The Customer Service Team Member plays an integral role in the guest experience as you will be our client’s customers' first point of contact. The Concierge must meet and greet all visitors to the customer service desk with a helpful and welcoming attitude and create amazing first impressions by assisting the guests with queries and special requests. The role is to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond. We are looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and the ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and their customers. We are looking for Part Time Customer Service Team Member. This role is based at Woodgrove Shopping Centre . The roster is Monday to Wednesday 1:45pm to 5:30pm. This position is paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award 2020, Grade 3. Role Requirements: Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience Impeccable presentation and grooming 5-star customer service skills Have a positive and enthusiastic personality Warm/bubbly personality with the ability to deal with customer complaints Proficient with outlook and Microsoft software Understanding of proper phone etiquette Comfortable dealing with a high volume of customer queries and phone calls The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining composure Delivering outcomes of the highest quality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships An ability to work both independently and as part of a team Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices Must have valid work rights in Australia What we offer you: Reward and recognition incentives Ongoing training and development A safe and supportive working environment A family-oriented culture Free uniform If you're a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be a key part of our team at XYZ, we’d love to hear from you, click ‘ Apply’.
