Melbourne Bayside & Southeastern Suburbs ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a mature, experienced Customer Service / Admin Assistant to work 0830-1700 Mon-Fri to assist in the daily running of a modern self-storage facility in Moorabbin with secure, monitored 24/7 customer access. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will:- Handle all telephone, email and walk-in enquiries Liaise with customers and help them satisfy their self-storage needs Sign up customers, enter information and take payments Be the face of the business by delivering flawless customer service ABOUT YOU:- Prior experience in the self storage industry is not necessary.
