Therefore, they are currently seeking for a NSW Construction Manager to join the team WHAT YOU WILL DO This opportunity will allow you to partner closely with Insurance Clients to provide make-safe and repair solutions to a portfolio of assets. This will include; Point of contact for Client’s relating designated projects Lead the NSW offices continuing culture, profitability and business strategy Lead a team that is responsible for delivering end to end BAU Strata Insurance Building projects Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with Insurance customers and other key customers Manage team KPIs and professional development YOUR BACKGROUND Tertiary qualifications / Trade qualification in Construction & Building Demonstrated experience working within the Insurance Building industry Demonstrated specific experience with Strata Insurance Building (MUST) Experience with leading end to end projects from assessments, delivery AND handover Strong communication skills with management and frontline staff BENEFITS TO YOU Our client’s collaborative team culture is something they are very proud of, and is important to maintain.
