Role Summary This role involves hands-on work to define and design end-to-end solutions that support and enable delivery to meet business needs within the digital transformation project. Key Responsibilities Define and design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform based on business needs and requirements. Build and support the implementation of identified solutions. Produce and contribute to artefacts supporting operational teams in their transition. Provide technical advice and support to technical resources and business stakeholders. Ensure developed solutions adhere to relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements (Cybersecurity, Privacy, Accessibility). Adhere to IT change release management processes. Requirements 6-8 years of experience in solution design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Ability to lead other technical resources, providing advice and guidance where required. Proficient in analytical problem-solving, software solution architecture, and database administration. Ability to engage with complex and diverse stakeholders at different levels of the organisation, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the solution. Strong understanding of Agile Project Management principles, methodologies, and tools, and their application. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Software Development. Other Work Conditions Security Clearance: Baseline. Australian citizen Contract length: 12 months Flexible hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH. Interview: Virtual/F2F (where appropriate).
