Provide on-water support during practice sessions, ensuring everyone stays safe and has fun. Assist with the basic maintenance and repair of our rowing gear—keeping everything shipshape Help our coaches with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sailing all around. Monitor and enforce safety protocols, because having fun is best when it's safe. Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where rowers of all levels can thrive. The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: Experience in and knowledge of rowing Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with students of varying abilities Excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.
