About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key duties will include: Order entry for curtain tracks and parts. Ensure order forms are complete and accurate before entering orders. Calculate product measurement deductions prior to order entry. Print sales orders and distribute to production for manufacturing. Advise customers on order ETA and attend to customer inquiries promptly. Organise deposit payments and goods release with Accounts Receivable. Coordinate deliveries with the logistics department. Support the sales team with product and customer-related inquiries. Collect and drop off mail at the post office daily.
