The Division of Cancer, Cardiology & Specialty Medicine is actively seeking an Administration Coordinator for the delivery and development directions of the Division, with a focus on Cancer Services and Palliative Care. This is a job share role. The Cancer Services Administrative Coordinators are responsible for coordinating patient flow in relation to relevant tumour streams and their multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings. This role will support the achievement of Cancer Services clinical and business performance indicators through data entry, collection and collation as well as undergoing patient tracking to assist in the coordination and facilitation of patient appointments and investigations. A major focus of the role is to provide data assurance and administrative support to the Palliative Care Service, primarily through Health Management System (HMS) data entry, to ensure a high level of data integrity for performance reporting. This administrative support role requires a wide range of administrative duties, excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail. This role works collaboratively across the organisation and may be located at one or more Western Health sites.
