About the role Key responsibilities will include: Management and development of new and long-standing customer relationships, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and driving customer service delivery. Maintain good relationships with building project’s owner, consulting firms, authorities and suppliers. Review project specifications and drawings, determine customers application requirements and preparation of Quotations. Preparation of Job Summary Sheets for Project Management and Production Teams. Work closely with the Sales Manager and Project Managers, including internal departmental personnel, providing product support and technical information as necessary. Hands on approach to offering infield product solutions and support, within Building Services and Construction environments. Other tasks as assigned by Managers. Skills & experience To be successful in this role, you will require the following key attributes: A successful sales career with a proven track record of goal achievement within a technical product sales environment, preferably in the pump industry. Qualifications in the field of engineering / sales / marketing, or sound mechanical aptitude, knowledge of pumps and pumping systems. A strong focus on business acumen and key account management skills that will allow you to provide value to your customers. Excellent interpersonal skills and accomplished communicator. Excellent computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point. A valid and full driving licence. Construction Induction White Card an advantage.
