Immediate Start Ongoing View to Permanency About the Role: Quest Personnel is seeking a team leader in a leading logistics and recycling company located in Murarrie, with a background in leadership and administration. This role will be half operational, so the successful candidate will also have high reach forklift/ grab operator experience. The role is ongoing, with full time hours available and a view to permanency and available to start ASAP Shift Type: 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri., with reasonable overtime. Shift start times can be flexible, ranging from 6am-8am. Payrates: $38.44 p/h Casual Loading Super Duties and Responsibilities: Team leader duties including leadership duties and administration Safely operate a high reach forklift within an industrial environment Moving palletized inventory Load and unload trucks/staging areas Observe all site OH&S rules General Forklift duties About You To be successful you will have: Previous experience in leadership and administration Prior High Reach forklift experience Possess a great attitude to work Physically fit with no ongoing injuries Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, police check, and drug and alcohol test Have current Australian Driver's License and reliable transport Full Australian working rights Please note that due to the nature of the work and needing to be able to work 5 days a week, our client is NOT accepting student VISAs (subclass 500) at this time.
