Mills Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading global engineering consultancy firm to source a Senior Electrical Designer for the Hope Downs 1 Sustaining Project in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant mining project on a 12 month contract. Key Responsibilities: Work on various electrical design aspects of mining process plants, including Powerlines, HV Distribution, MCCs, HV VSDs, HV Switchboards, Switchrooms, Motors, and Cables. Develop and review: Single Line Diagrams Electrical Schematics Cable Schedules Equipment Layouts Block Diagrams Terminations Participate in the design process and support the project team with technical expertise. Required Experience: Proven experience in mining process plants. Proficiency in using MicroStation Connect. Experience with Blue Beam for review processes. 3D Modelling skills are highly advantageous but not essential.
