Plus Superannuation Location: Frankston Chisholm is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer for our Automotive & Supply Business Area. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Administrative Officer, your key responsibilities include: Operational Management and Support: Provide a high level of customer service to students, customers and staff. Ensure timely responses and effective client interaction in relation to student enquiries. Process student enrolments, transfers and withdrawals, as well as following up on student absenteeism. Coordinate and follow up on student enrolment enquiries. Assist with the coordination of internal and external events such as Award Ceremonies, Expos, Conferences and functions. Assist in the preparation a range of regular and adhoc reports, documentation, papers and submissions. Provide support in the use of procurement and reconciliation finance systems including invoicing and purchase orders. Provide assistance with meeting support including room booking, preparation, minutes, agendas and document dissemination. General Administrative Support: Undertake administrative and related duties as required to ensure best quality of support and service for the students, customers and staff. Assist in maintaining a centralised electronic filing system for records in the area, including TRIM and manual records, to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information. Provide support in the control stock and stationary ordering to ensure cost control and the reliability of equipment and stock levels. Continuously support any improvements in administration processes and systems to ensure the most effective use of resources and that they meet requirements, standards, changes and growth demands. Maintain and process documentation, records and data, in accordance with agreed procedures and standards. Maintain appropriate standards of confidentiality and ensure that all documentation is securely filed and stored. ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in providing customer service, administrative and operational support to the Business Area. Qualifications required for the role: Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in confidently and courteously liaising with people at all levels, with a commitment to providing a high level of customer care and client satisfaction. Proven experience in providing administrative support in a complex working environment. Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
