Assist with securing and booking trades for various works around the home Ensure all oversee claims referred externally are compliant. Manage and resolve disputes Maintain strong relationships with direct customers Process all back end paperwork and manage the end to end process of each "job" Skills and Experience Must have a strong sense of ownership in work. Previous experience in a call centre / phone based customer service role Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management skills, responding to all communications in a timely manner. The ability to build rapport when dealing with customers Team player with the confidence to work autonomously.
