About your new company We’re currently looking for customer-focused and dedicated Customer Service Consultants to join our client in the Insurance sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensure a positive experience for customers. This is a full-time role, with rotational shifts between the hours of 6am – 6pm. Shifts will be rostered Monday – Saturday (one Saturday shift every 2-3 weeks).
