About the role • Responsible for delivery of assigned engineering packages from scope definition to detailed engineering. • Manages engineering effort and reviews to ensure compliance • Coordinates engineering consultant and contractors to meet HSEQ, schedule and cost requirements. • Provides technical support and direction to engineering, building on and sharing the lessons learned. • Identifies and mitigates key study risks and maximizes benefit from opportunities to improve project outcomes. • Prepares progress reports covering critical issues and status against key performance metrics. • Maintains relationships with stakeholders to drive a culture of collaboration, participation and improvement. • Contributes to an inclusive and supportive workplace What you’ll bring • A commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and your team. • A relevant degree or qualification in Civil or Mechanical engineering or similar field. • 5-10 years of experience in project engineering on large-scale mining or industrial projects. • Experience in the design and/or construction of crusher and conveyors would be advantageous. • Collaboratively solves problems and delivers on commitments. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
