The Role: You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Testers to fully grasp the product vision, prioritise design tasks, and ensure that the work aligns with business goals. Create user-focused, intuitive design experiences for complex applications. Actively participate in development team meetings and daily standups, offering feedback and addressing any design issues that might hinder project progress. Work alongside the design team to update and maintain design system components, patterns, guidelines, and documentation, ensuring high-quality standards, consistency, and proper implementation across the software. Regularly review user feedback and make necessary adjustments. We're looking for a mix of the following: Commercial experience in a product design role Strong design portfolio Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to use data metrics to drive decision making Natural curiosity with a hunger to learn Agile mindset and/or experience working in an Agile environment It's a bonus, but not a dealbreaker, if you have the following: HTML, CSS knowledge Exposure to Figma SaaS knowledge or experience working in a SaaS environment Location: HQ'd in Melbourne CBD, they offer flexible hybrid working.
