They are renowned for their expertise in NEXTracker and ATI mechanical installations and have successfully completed solar farm projects ranging from 5MW to 255MW across the country. Pilecome is now looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for: Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure they align with timelines and objectives; Organizing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, reports, correspondence, and schedules; Acting as a point of contact between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate clear communication and address any inquiries or issues; Assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met; Supporting the management of project budgets, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with financial reporting; Organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to ensure all relevant information is captured and distributed; Preparing regular project status reports, summarising progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks for stakeholders; Identifying potential risks and issues in project execution and assisting in developing mitigation strategies; Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance with contractual requirements; Assisting in the coordination of project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment to ensure effective utilisation; Supporting the administration of change requests, ensuring proper documentation and communication of changes to stakeholders; Ensuring that all project activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies; Providing administrative support to project managers and teams, including onboarding new team members and facilitating training sessions; About you: At least 2 years of experience as a Project Administrator; Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project documentation effectively; Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and stakeholders; High level of accuracy in managing project documentation, schedules, and financial records; Familiarity with project management software and general office software; Capacity to identify issues and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track; Job type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $130,000 - $145,000
