As a valued team member, you will have the chance to advance your career in the education industry. Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons for Junior School or High School Preparation programs Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and development Effectively differentiating instruction to cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students Utilizing technology to enhance learning experiences and integrate innovative teaching strategies Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective curriculum programs Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support learning Maintaining accurate student records and reporting data as required About You Hold a relevant teaching qualification (TESOL Diploma, Masters, etc) Demonstrate a passion for student-centered learning and innovative teaching practices Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Be a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic Embrace a commitment to professional development and continuous learning Please note that a valid Working with Children Check is a requirement for this role. If you are successfully hired for this role, you must obtain a check and you will be reimbursed. If you have a current VIT Provisional Registration or Teacher Registration, you would not require a separate WWCC.
