Commence early December 2024 Temporary assignment for 6 months SOR Our client, a prominent Educational Facility located SOR, is seeking a temporary Administrative Officer to commence early December 2024. Duties will include: Maintaining efficient administrative processes and practices with in the office, including office supplies and stationery orders First point of contact for general enquires, correspondence and reception of visitors Providing confidential secretarial support including reports, agenda papers and minutes Coordination of arrangements for meetings Diary management Coordination of the content, publishing and distribution of reports Providing event coordination and operation support, including organising venues and catering Liaising with the Travel Team to arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors Coordinating the distribution of correspondence in a professional and timely manner Essential Criteria: Demonstrated ability to coordinate the administrative requirements of a functional area Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer skills including Microsoft applications A proven ability to coordinate and manage a complex array of commitments Excellent attention of detail Demonstrated problem solving skills The ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team If this sounds like you, send your resume to me today Email to Joyall4people.com
