WMP is a curated customer destination that brings together our trusted marketplace ecosystem, comprising three core banners: Big W Market, MyDeal and Everyday Market. WMP provides one door for our sellers to both sell and manage products across our marketplaces. We continue to grow, and operate primarily across three hub locations: Melbourne, Sydney & Manila. WMP is the coming together of two businesses (MyDeal & Everyday Market). WMP is a new platform for businesses to both sell and manage products across the Woolworths Group Marketplaces. We have grown in the last year and now operate primarily across three hub locations: Manila, Melbourne & Sydney What you’ll do The Retail Media Specialist is responsible for the outbound retail media sales engagement across Woolworths MarketPlus, with the objective of educating sellers on the benefits of utilising the various propositions, onboarding and retaining sellers You are the point of contact for sellers interested in growing their online sales on MyDeal by using Promoted Products to increase their visibility in search. Onboard and maintain sellers onto the MyDeal promoted products platform, supporting with a high-support experience. Attend internal meetings around upcoming campaigns and opportunities; supporting with collating and reviewing commercial insights for seller teams. Consolidation of retail media calendar to ensure appropriate planning and support to maximise opportunities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align retail media campaigns with overall marketing channel plans and sales objectives Work closely with e-commerce, marketing and seller growth teams to ensure retail media efforts are integrated and aligned with broader business strategies. Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of budgets and Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on budget spend and performance outcomes to sellers.
