Data-Driven Decisions: Become a financial planning pro Leverage data to create accurate monthly re-forecasts, analysing sales, stock, GMROI, and margins to inform smart choices. Inventory Guru: Mastermind inventory management, providing sharp analyses and guidance to teams. Maximize sales & margins while keeping inventory healthy. Replenishment Rockstar: Oversee allocation processes, work with analysts to set replenishment parameters, and ensure optimal stock levels. Data Detective: Unleash your analytical expertise Gather and dissect data across purchasing, inventory, marketing, and sales. Use your insights to influence marketing plans and uncover hidden opportunities. Collaboration Champion: Build strong relationships and work hand-in-hand with internal teams and vendors to achieve both operational and strategic goals. Empowerment Expert: Coach and mentor the Inventory Analyst, helping them excel and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Strategic Visionary: Lead the biannual Category Performance Review, spearhead forward planning initiatives, and secure sign-off from stakeholders. Execution Maestro: Ensure smooth day-to-day and week-to-week execution of sales and marketing plans. About You You must have demonstrated experience as a Planner in Retail Extensive Analytical and Reporting experience Excellent knowledge of retail operations, large store formats / category killers and bulky good formats Strong ability to interpret data and results Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and computer skills Strong with Microsoft Excel Any experience with Home Décor or relevant category will be desirable What’s in it for you?
