The successful candidate will be highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a central part in managing the daily administrative and financial tasks. From managing purchase and stock orders, ensuring seamless office function and support the induction and onboarding of new staff. You will also play a key role in supporting both management and accounts teams on a exciting and diverse projects. Career progression opportunities and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely processing of monthly stock orders. Respond to office-related inquiries, handling emails and calls from clients, suppliers, and team members. Coordinate the onboarding of new staff, ensuring they receive a smooth introduction and proper documentation. Adjust employee schedules on Deputy as required, and add new starters to the system. Send onboarding instructions and setup accounts for new starters in Deputy. Assist with staff induction processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Take minutes during fortnightly meetings and distribute them to relevant team members. What you need: Strong organisational and time management skills. Must have: MYOB and/or SalesForce experience Provide general administrative support to management and the team as needed. Familiarity with Deputy or similar scheduling software is highly desirable. Experience in handling Purchase Orders and general office administration. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
