Plus, so much more The role: We are looking to add an team member to our Asset Management department based in our Adelaide office. The Property Accounting Officer will provide accounting services to the asset management function. The position is responsible for ensuring client and management reporting needs are satisfied professionally and diligently and that accounting records are correctly maintained. Key responsibilities: Undertaking monthly property accrual accounting in conjunction with property managers Generating monthly financial reporting packages Dealing with rental queries from Tenants & Property Managers Perform lease maintenance functions i.e., entering new leases, amending/varying existing leases, processing vacating tenants etc. Build rapport and working relationships with all key stakeholders Who are we looking for?
