Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages Investigate and resolve customer inquiries Process customer requests accurately to meet deadlines Ensure clients' stock levels and equipment needs are met Enter data into computer systems with precision Issue invoices and manage payments Arrange dispatch of goods Conduct quality control for outgoing shipments Liaise with 3PL partners Manage the end-to-end fulfilment of key customer orders Maintain accurate and up-to-date fulfilment records What do you need? 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field Strong customer focus with excellent customer service skills Background in logistics, order management, or administration Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively A reliable, positive, and can-do attitude Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic If you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW We are interviewing immediately.
