The role will be responsible largely for providing an outstanding client experience, going above and beyond in your role to make candidates feel at ease and build warm, lasting relationships. Check out some of the varied responsibilities you will have in this role: Managing the front of house and reception desk in an efficient way to ensure the smooth running of daily operations Managing client relations ensuring that each client has the unuiqe guest service experience when visiting the clinic. Monitor emails and instagram messages, ensuring all emails are replied to in a timely manner or escalated. Preparing customer consent forms Ordering inventory, stock, and equipment required This position is perfect for someone coming from a high end retail background or having previous experience working in a clinic in the medical, beauty or wellness industries. Your amazing capabilities will include: Experience in a Reception role delivering an outstanding experience to your clients Ability to demonstrate absolute care in your presentation, representing their brand well.
