Job Description Reporting to the managing the warehouse activities, efficiently and effectively. This role will continuously improve warehousing techniques and distribution operations, and in doing so generate operational savings to site by implementing best practice in standardising warehousing practice and procedures and effectively adhering to the relevant KPIs. About the Role Ensure timely resolutions of supply, procurement and logistical issues Receipt and dispatch of goods in a timely manner Resolution of discrepancies found during processing of receipts, or escalation of issues Accurate locating of inbound goods to maintain integrity of stock Process parts identified by relevant team member as priority during receipting of stock Process items in dispatch area for return in a timely manner Support proper cataloguing processes by ensuring that the appropriate catalogue details are applied Engage with customers and vendors to improve practices procedures and output Action customer’s critical path requirements to ensure events are resolved successfully – this may mean becoming involved in expediting emergency parts Develop and follow documented procedures, policies and KPI Provide miscellaneous supply support to maintenance activities Ensure appropriate security measures are in place as required Roster and Location Monday to Friday professional roster Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road) About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing/distribution/supply chain ideally in a mining environment Forklift Licence and demonstrated experience Current MR Driver’s Licence Dangerous Goods Certification, Chain of Responsibility Certification, Rigging / Dogging Qualifications and Overhead Crane are highly desirable Working for us isn’t like working at any old mine.
