Their Brisbane office is seeking to employ an exceptional legal receptionist with the added opportunity of being an appointment setter to help their lawyers meet with clients and manage their scheduled. This is primarily a sales and customer services role and requires someone with a great phone manner, personality and personal presentation. Join their Brisbane team now Main duties will include: Greeting clientele at reception Responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries Qualifying leads to ensure high quality consultations Calling potential clients to arrange consultations either in person, over the phone, or via electronic platforms Scheduling consultations in the Sales team calendars Calling clients to assess their experience Accurately recording customer details in CRM Supporting the sales team at trade exhibitions and seminars Facilitate visits from interoffice staff Provide assistance with the preparation of contracts and payment transactions where necessary Actively participate in team meetings Display the highest professional standards of service delivery Conduct oneself in a thorough and professional manner, upholding and maintaining the Employer’s reputation, goodwill, values, and culture Perform all duties with utmost good faith exercising due diligence to promote the interests and welfare of the company. The successful candidate must possess the following: At least two (2) years’ proven experience in a sales/customer service role is preferable. Professional written and verbal communication. A good understanding of EI allowing you to better connect with clients. Resilient with the ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Confidence, enthusiasm and commitment. Intercultural intelligence. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work well within a team. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
