About the role: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing activities, promotions and campaigns for New Ventures businesses within the Avant Group. You will have a hands-on role in the implementation of our marketing strategies to help grow revenue across all New Ventures businesses. This role is responsible for developing, implementing and delivering high-quality print and digital assets for campaigns, events, website, social media, and corporate documents for the various businesses in New Ventures. This includes (but not limited to) brochures, flyers, EDMs, merchandise digital and print advertising. The role is part of the shared services team within New Ventures and connects regularly with the marketing teams across New Ventures and the wider Avant. Key accountability for the role includes: Work with internal stakeholders to design, create and maintain marketing collateral to support the execution of marketing activities, promotions and campaigns. Effective management of own tasks, projects and timelines. Creation of campaign assets in line with brand guidelines and campaign specifications including digital banners, brochures, presentation packs and webinar materials. Ensure compliance with all marketing processes and procedures To be successful you will have: Design qualifications 2 years' experience in a corporate design role Ideally experience as part of a marketing services / agency Experience within B2B environments would be advantageous Excellent Adobe package (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) skills essential Comfortable in working in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment across multiple brands simultaneously Why work at Avant?
