Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and compliance with contractual obligations. Prepare progress reports and assist in project meetings. Identify and resolve any contractual issues as they arise. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction or fit-out sector of retail/ supermarket projects Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
