Snooze Management, based in Canterbury is currently seeking a detail-focused, self-motivated Customer Service Coordinator to support our customers with any phone or email approaches. Reporting to Consumer Guarantee's & Compliance Manager , your main responsibilities will include; Respond to online and telephone Customer Contacts with Snooze Use of internal system Zendesk to communicate with potential and existing customers who contact Snooze via our website Respond to phone calls that are received on the 1800 customer service number Liaise with the manager for any clarification or assistance that may be required Liaise with other teams within the Support Centre and Stores as may be required Comply with all legislation regarding Consumer Law; supported by the completion of training modules on SCOPE, our e-learning platform Keep up to date with information and notices circulated by various Support Centre teams, which are made available on SCOPE, our e-learning platform Ad hoc duties as required You will have previous experience in a similar role with a working knowledge of retail operations and customer service. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be task-focused.
