More About the Role at NICE How will you make an impact? - Defining and implementing quality control strategies to ensure software quality throughout the development life cycle - Planning, designing and executing functional, performance and security tests to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards - Developing, maintaining and executing automated test suites, including functional, regression, and performance tests - Conducting manual testing when necessary, identifying defects and ensuring thorough test coverage - Identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with teams to resolve them, and ensure continuous improvement of the product - Participating in design and code reviews, advocating for best practices in quality assurance - Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies, contributing to process enhancement initiatives Have you got what it takes? - Preferably Associate of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience - 3 – 6 years of experience in software development - Proven track record of designing and executing test strategies for complex software projects - Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. JUnit, Cypress) - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing levels (unit, integration regression, etc.) - Experiences with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail You will have an advantage if you also have: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams - Skill in collaborating with development teams, designers, and other departments to ensure tests align with business objectives If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
