If you can do that; this opportunity is limitless Job Description Reporting to the 16 Antlers Venue Manager we are currently seeking Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is suitable for someone who is experienced in a similar role, & knows how to ensure our guests have a great experience. What is the role all about: Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all visitors. Liaise with the Food & Beverage team to ensure venue standards are upheld. Set up procedures to protect and maintain bar service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry out regular stocktaking. Maintain effective communication with the team in regards to upcoming events and venue requirements. Eg, weekly meetings with management team and kitchen brigade. Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests’s arrival. Set up, pack down and coordination of events on the day when required Proactively creating unique experiences tailored to the Clients and Guests Handle any escalated complaints to a positive outcome. Be knowledgeable of and operate within the outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
