We are searching for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive brand awareness and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, operators, and designers. This role offers significant potential for career progression, with opportunities to advance into regional sales management and explore enhanced earning and travel prospects. Key Responsibilities - • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with qualified leads, nurturing them into product interest and sales opportunities • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, designers, and consultants • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Support Team to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy • Business Development: Seek out new business opportunities and expand their existing client base • Travelling across Victoria to meet with clients, and at times interstate About You - • Previous experience in a Sales based role, within Hotels or Convention Centres is advantageous • Proven experience in generating and closing high-value sales opportunities • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Confident in cold calling clients • Proficiency in CRM systems and leveraging data for results • A strong work ethic with a passion for personal and professional development • Cultural sensitivity and flexibility in managing interactions across different time zones Benefits – • Career Progression Opportunities • Attractive Commission Structure • Join a Successful Global Company • Onsite Parking To apply online please click on the appropriate link and send your resume in WORD format.
