About the Role: We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist/Administrator for an ongoing part-time temporary assignment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is looking to work 30 hours per week spread over 5 days. Key Responsibilities: Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and answer phone calls in a professional manner. Coordinate meetings, bookings, and appointments. Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supplies. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Availability to work 30 hours per week across 5 days.
