Manage relationships with property owners and tenants. Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure efficient outcomes. Routine inspection reporting. Keep owners and tenants informed throughout all processes. Requirements: Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of initiative. Self-driven and able to work independently. 20 routine inspections a week to be completed. Minimum of 6-12 months of real estate experience. Current QLD Certificate of Registration. Valid driver's license. Why Join Us: $40.00 per hour Superannuation Fuel Allowance or Work Vehicle. No weekends. 3 full days (Tues, Wed, Thurs) or Monday to Friday (5 hour days).
