Your new role As the Customer Service Officer, you will join a bubbly, dynamic team of 10 responsible for customer service, training and support to their customers. Your role will involve: First point of contact Providing guidance and support to clients over phone and email Trouble shooting support issues Delivering training to new and existing clients Handling enquiries and providing information Administration and support to the internal teams What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience as a front desk officer, reception or guest services within the hotel or tourism industry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to forward think and solve problems The eagerness to learn and develop your skills What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a permanent full-time role with an industry-leading organisation based centrally on the Gold Coast.
