These positions provide an opportunity to join a high performing, inclusive, collaborative and highly regarded Legal & Governance team. See below for our available positions: Head of Legal (Disputes & Litigation) - Strong litigation experience, working with the wider legal team and business to drive EnergyAustralia’s response to private and regulatory investigations, disputes and litigation to optimise outcomes. (24 month contract) Legal Manager (Product & Regulation) - Manage a team supporting product and regulatory requirements for our retail business as well as innovative products and services (such as solar, battery, EVs) in Customer Assets and commercial EV projects with our Green Transport business. Legal Manager (Trading & Regulation) - Manage a team supporting regulatory requirements for wholesale markets, Operations and Projects, and assist with trading matters. Provide legal expertise on AFSL and AML/CTF compliance matters. Special Counsel (Energy) - Provide senior support for the range of activities associated with the development of our energy transition projects, as well as for our existing operational sites Legal Counsel (Technology) - Provide support across the spectrum of areas covered by our Technology business, including cyber security and data related issues As a member of our team, you'll use your expertise to partner with the business, offering clear, actionable advice that enables informed, risk-based decisions. Your role will extend beyond legal compliance — you’ll help assess whether a course of action is not just legal, but whether it is the right thing to do.
