Based at our Woolooware Bay site, we are looking for casuals to join our team to bring about dedicated support work within our Individual Apartment Living model . This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support for our clients in this unique living arrangement. Our general shift pattern is as follows: 6.00am – 2.00pm 2.00pm – 10.00pm 10.00pm to 6.00am You could earn between $41.76 and $43.08 per hour as a base rate. About The Role Our customers are adults who live with a disability. The support they receive from you will assist our customers to live the life they want. Support varies from customer to customer, and from day to day. Our Individual Apartment Living sites offer freedom and independance to clients through our concierge like support, all located at one site. This role is currently being advertised as casual with the anticipation to transition into permenant part time upon the opening of our new Woolooware Bay site. Types of duties may include: Following established routines and structure Supporting a customer with emotional regulation and complex behaviours of concerns Meal preparation Personal care Daily living tasks Domestic assistance Transport Medication administration and support for medical appointments Successful applicants require a current NSW Drivers Licence and a current First Aid Certificate. You will need at least 1 year experience working with people with disability. A Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent accreditation in social science or community services will be highly regarded. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre-employment medical and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
