Roster: Working 07 on and 07 off Operation 4:30pm - 10:00pm in the bar 9:30pm - 3:30pm in the kitchen What This Role Involves: Preparing foods & providing tray service to residents Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas Ability to work independently performing various kitchen tasks Preparing and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages Rotating stock to ensure that the bar is equipped at all times Maintaining food hygiene and adhere to regulations & safety practices Delivering excellent customer service
