Handle all client’s enquiries efficiently, and in a professional manner Receive inbound calls from clients providing exceptional customer service Monitor and coordinate service calls for any faults or disruptions Input and update all data from service calls and field technicians into an online application Handle various administrative tasks What experience are we looking for? Previous experience within customer service or a call centre Great communication skills and an ambition to provide the best customer service possible Knowledge of Microsoft office suite Strong attention to detail and results driven Able to work autonomously when needed Full working rights in Australia If you think this could be the role for you then apply today.
