Cert IV Administration Traineeship Applications are now open at AGL Macquarie for a Business Administration Trainee, focused on achieving their Certificate IV in Business (Administration) qualification, through formal training with a AGL, Tafe NSW and practical on-the-job experience. This role isbased at AGL Bayswater Power Station, Muswellbrook and will be a 24 months fixed-term contract . This traineeship provides a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and kickstart a career in the energy sector. To be successful, you must be available for: Video Interview - 11-15th of November 2024 Aptitude Testing - 27th of November 2024 Interviews - 10-11th of December 2024 Start Date - 14th of January 2025 Key Responsibilities: As a Business Administration Trainee, you will be training in and actively undertaking duties such as: Administration in multiple parts of the business on a rotation schedule. Reception Duties. General admin tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, filing, archiving and ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies. Accurate data entry into various systems. Design and produce documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Coordinating conference room and pool vehicle bookings. Assisting with coordinating functions. Skills and Experience: To qualify for this traineeship, you must have the following: Completed your Certificate III in Business will be preferable however, having completed your Higher School Certificate AND Approximately 2 years’ relevant work experience in industry will be considered. Confidence in creating and managing multiple files across the Microsoft Office suite, such as compiling information using Excel spreadsheets and Word documents. Commitment to both on and off the job training (Tafe NSW one day at week at Muswellbrook Tafe). A positive, can-do, and professional attitude. Adaptable as you will move to difference parts of the business as part of a rotation. Confident to work and support Executive Level management and their team. A willingness to learn and a strong eye for detail. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
