ABOUT THE ROLE. You will manage the pre-construction phase of a high-end large scaled residential project. You will be responsible for getting this project from DA to BA whilst liaising with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. DUTIES. Design management Liaise with stakeholders Client management Ensuring project is delivered according to program, budget and quality SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. A Construction degree is advantageous Pre-construction experience is advantageous Demonstrated project experience above $20M CULTURE.
