You will enjoy working with this team About the Role The position is a Reception role with a focus on providing exceptional, personalised client service. Whilst the position is predominately a reception position, it will incorporate administration duties as well including: Compliance checking in preparation for meetings Liaising with clients to confirm appointments Collation of documents in preparation for meetings Liaising with and providing documents to external organisations Confirmation of appointments Adhoc general administration tasks as required About You If you have an experience in a customer facing role then this role could be for you if you have a proactive and dedicated attitude. Alternatively, if you are an experienced Receptionist who enjoys working as part of a team and dealing directly with clients, that level of experience would be well regarded.
