Full-Time Pastrycook & Cafe Manager Needed Our company, L&F Bakery Pty Ltd is a franchise bakery store located on a busy street at the heart of CBD. We are now looking for a full time, qualified and experienced Pastrycook and Café Manager. Salary: $66,000 p.a. Super To be successful for this opportunity as Pastrycook, you will need to be: Task & Responsibilities · Preparing raw materials, ingredients, and checking the quality. · Kneading, maturing, cutting, molding, mixing, and shaping dough and other goods. · Checking and cleaning cooking equipment and operation premises before and after production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. · Operating machines, monitoring the temperatures to ensure the quality of products matching the standard. · Baking breads and pastries, glazing pastries, decorating breads and pastries with cream, icing, or other ingredients Qualifications & experience: Must have Certificate III & IV in patisserie qualification Be able to attend a 6-day roster every week At least 2-3 year of relevant Pastrycook work experience To be successful for this opportunity as Café Manager, you will need to be: Tasks & responsibilities · Planning menus in consultation with management and customers · Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget · Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions · Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance · Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with food and service · Supervising waiting and kitchen staff, and training new staff Qualification & Experience: Must have at least Hospitality Diploma qualification Be able to attend a 6-day roster every week At least 2-3 years of relevant Café manager work experience Australian citizens or permanent residents preferred.
