The Roles We are seeking key administrators to join our team at Caulfield Campus. We have three very exciting positions available, and each unique position will be providing essential support across various areas within the schools. These roles are integral to the success of each team and will involve close collaboration with other administrators and departmental stakeholders. The successful candidates will: Ensure that first impressions of the school are warm, friendly and welcoming. Have exceptional administration abilities with excellent communication, both verbal and written. Maintain smooth operations and provide continuous support to our school community. In addition to this, the responsibilities of these roles require flexibility as it may cover reception duties during school holidays. If you are passionate about working in a collaborative and supportive educational environment, please see below for further details on the roles. 1.Campus Administrator Based at our Caulfield Campus and reporting to the Head of Teaching & Learning, the Campus Administrator will be a fixed term (8 months with a potential to extend) fulltime role working 8.30am - 4.30pm 5 days a week, including during school holidays. This role will be involved in assisting with curriculum related matter and T&L needs such as NAPLAN, Academic awards and booklists. Any exposure to Synergetic or Sentral would be advantageous. 2. Administration Officer The Administration Officer is an intricate role that requires special customer service focus and ability to liaise with staff, students and parents. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity working 8am – 4pm, covering Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during Term Time Only and is based at our Caulfield Campus. As a key member of our Administration team, you will provide administration support to the Heads of Houses by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organising resources and managing student data. You will have an outstanding ability to predict needs, be forward thinking and proactive, while taking ownership of everything you do. 3. Art/Music Administrator The Arts and Music Administrator is a full-time, permanent opportunity, at our Caulfield Campus, working 5 days a week, including during school holidays. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Music department, by assisting with organising events, and scheduling private student tutoring sessions. This role works collaboratively with the wider administration team as the point of contact for the Caulfield Community.
